Care and Use

Before first use

Sterilize pacifier in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. Allow pacifier to cool and drain any remaining water from pacifier cavity.

Before each use

Clean with a mild detergent under hot water and rinse well, or in the top-rack of a dishwasher.

Note: Filling with distilled water keeps pacifier from getting cloudy over time.

For ice only at the nipple base:

Try it warm!
  • Clean pacifier before use.
  • Open pacifier lid and fill internal chamber with warm water. Close lid.
  • Test temperature of pacifier against your skin to ensure it is not too hot for baby.

Warning! Do not tie pacifier around baby’s neck as it presents a strangulation danger. Recommended for babies 0-9 months of age. Discard pacifier after one to two months of use, or when pacifier becomes damaged. Inspect before and after the pacifier is frozen to ensure there are no hazards such as splitting, bite marks, cuts, holes, lacerations and/or any peeling or separation. If ANY of these hazards exist, please discontinue use immediately. Parent supervision is recommended as with any pacifier and teether. In the event the Nippii pacifier becomes lodged in baby's mouth, do not panic; it cannot be swallowed. Remove from the mouth with care, as gently as possible.
